The Abalone shell is heat resistant, making a safe place to store your supplies.

My handmade Smudging wand is to waft the smoke about the space and yourself. 

Sage is a traditionally used herb for releasing negative energies and attachments.

Lavender is an herb with a very calming scent and energy, bringing a sense of peace to an aggravated situation. 

Palo Santo can be used as Sage to dispel negativity but also brings a comfort and sense of home. Also the musky wood smell when it burns is pleasant and calming. 

For your safety: always blow out the flame allowing the material to smolder with embers. place the hot stick or sage in the shell until it dies out. 

Waft the smoke around yourself or space with your hand, feather, or one of my handmade Smudging wand. Ensure you have an opening for the smoke to escape such as a window or front door.
